Flavia is a global retail futurist and innovator. She is a customer-obsessed strategic thinker, a highly sought out designer, and a consultant who creatively and effectively delivers design solutions for retail and hospitality projects.
Her extensive background with recognized international brands such as Starbucks, Peet’s Coffee, Bloomin’ Brands and Highlands Coffee, as well as with emerging brands such as Rubio’s Coastal Grill and Firstwatch, has strengthened her creative powers to effectively fulfill clients’ innovation aspirations. She has dedicated the past five years complementing her skills with the study of Biomimicry and how emulation of nature’s genius can inspire ethical, profitable solutions to shape the future of retail.
An Architect, Interior Designer, LEED AP ID+C, and a Biomimicry Professional with over 20 years of experience, Flavia is the founder of LIFE POSITIVE DESIGN, a creative sustainable interior design practice, leading projects with a visionary business mindset.

Alessandra is a painter and an artist. She has dedicated her life to express nature in art, revealing its poetic beauty.
Alessandra has most recently reflected on the contemporary human life condition in relationship to the planet. In 2017 she began the work “Mondo Si”, investigating these themes in 4 metropolis: Madrid, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Ho Chi Minh City. Her art reminds us that we are part of nature, innately in love with it, and in need of its beauty.
Since 1995, Alessandra has exhibited her art in collective and personal shows worldwide. She is the resident artist at LIFE POSITIVE DESIGN.
